Welcome to Pakistan Legal Forum (www.pakistanlegalforum.com). By accessing our platform, registering as a lawyer, or booking a consultation as a client, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Initial Consultancy Booking & Fee Structure

Pakistan Legal Forum (PLF) mandates a standard 30-minute initial consultation block for all advocates operating through the platform. The fee structure is categorized by client location:

• Zone A Countries: The fixed initial consultation fee is Rs. 2,000. Advocates are responsible for collecting this fee directly from the client, either in cash or through their preferred direct payment method.
• Zone B Countries: The fixed initial consultation fee is Rs. 5,000. Clients from Zone B are required to pay online through the platform. These payments will be securely updated in the advocate's PLF wallet, which can be viewed and tracked directly from the advocate's dashboard.

2. Payment Withdrawals for Advocates

For payments collected from Zone B clients, advocates must process withdrawals through their dashboard. Advocates are required to provide their accurate bank account details within the dashboard portal. Accumulated wallet funds will be transferred directly to the exact bank details provided by the advocate.

3. Fee Negotiation for Extended Services

While advocates are strictly bound to honor the standardized 30-minute initial consultancy fees set by PLF (Rs. 2,000 for Zone A / Rs. 5,000 for Zone B), they have full autonomy regarding further legal services. Following the initial 30-minute consultation, advocates and clients are free to independently negotiate any fees on a case-to-case basis without PLF interference.

4. Appointment Scheduling & Execution

Advocates maintain full control over their availability and scheduling with the following obligations:

• Advocates can accept, reject, or update appointment schedules directly through WhatsApp, but are strictly bound to inform the client immediately of any scheduling changes.
• If an advocate accepts an appointment, they may choose to complete the consultation prior to the originally fixed time, provided both the advocate and the client mutually agree.
• Advocates are expected to conduct their appointments diligently and professionally.
• Following the completion of an appointment, advocates must log into their PLF dashboard and accurately mark the task/consultation status as completed.

5. Profile Control & Privacy Management

Advocates have complete control over their public-facing profiles. Through the PLF dashboard, advocates are free to show, hide, or update any personal or professional details regarding their practice as they see fit.

6. Account Deletion

If an advocate no longer wishes to offer their services through the platform and wants to permanently delete their account, they simply need to send a formal request to PLF administration. Upon receipt, our team will safely and permanently remove the advocate's account and public profile from the platform.

7. Platform Liability & Disclaimers

Pakistan Legal Forum acts strictly as an introductory directory and communication platform. We do not offer legal advice, nor do we guarantee the outcome of any legal representation. All case negotiations, subsequent financial arrangements beyond the initial consultation, and legal actions are solely between the advocate and the client.
